The horizontal press XS, the very popular flagship with its unique 3 workstations, has been given a small and powerful brother the XS version. On a Base of manageable 800 x 600 mm and with the weight of just 1.1 tons and very compact dimensions, it fits in every workshop.

however, it presents an exclusive, industry-unique mix of diverse skills:

The horizontal press XS 200.135.20M has 2 workstations that probably offer a previously unavailable variety of applications in the machine area. Based on 2 hydraulic cylinders it presses up to 20 tons. This power can be used on the left station at a height of 135 mm for tools. On this side a Profile bender can be optionally and additionally mounted, which works with three hydraulically driven shafts. A spiral bending device can also be installed on this station.

The second and right station has 10 tons bending force, which can be used for the following operations: cutting, flaring, notching, edge up to a height of 100 mm and in future also punching. Here there is also the possibility to use a turntable. Currently the perfect positioning of the tools will be carried out mechanically - but an electronically controlled version is already in planning.
